CAN I BUY SAMPLES AND THEN RETURN IF THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE?

Yes, Individual items can be ordered as samples, which you'll pay for up front.

If they're not suitable for use, samples can be returned for a full refund using our free returns portal provided goods are undamaged and in their original packaging.

 

CAN I REQUEST A QUOTE?

CAN I REQUEST A BESPOKE QUOTE?

CAN I SEE YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE I BUY?

Yes, to see the quality and colour of our products you can order sample discs here. Or you can see our full range on display in our office in New Malden. Please do call us to arrange an appointment.

 

WILL PUSHKA HOME’S BRASS HARDWARE MATCH MY OTHER BRASS HOME ACCESSORIES?

Most of our brass coloured handles are solid brass with a protective clear lacquer, and so should match with other solid brass homewares.

If you're uncertain, you can order a single items as a sample to check, then return it if it's not suitable.

 

WHATS YOUR LEAD TIME?

Most orders are posted to you within 24 hours. (or 48 hours if you order at the weekend) However, Our ‘made to order’ ranges take a little longer!

 

DO PUSHKA HOME OFFER TRADE DISCOUNTS? 

Yes, we offer trade accounts for businesses in the interior design and construction industries. To apply for an account simply complete our short application form here. Once our trade team has reviewed and approved your application, you’ll be able to log in and shop trade prices instantly.

HOW DO I CLEAN MY PRODUCTS?

Wipe clean with warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive towels, sponges, cleaning sprays, bleach and hand sanitizers.

 

WHO IS BEHIND PUSHKA HOME?

Pushka Home, A company born out of love for product, business, and travel. Influenced by a trip to Pushkar, India in 2009, and stumbling across ceramic knobs, a eureka moment struck for the two directors…Lucy Sears and Matthew French.

 

WHEN DID THE COMPANY LAUNCH?

Pushka Home started providing interesting and beautiful handles to upscale existing furniture in 2009 in a time when people were cutting back on full scale renovations due to the recession.

 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

If you are local to our New Malden warehouse (KT3 4PT) you can place your order for collection. Simply select Pick up at checkout and you will be able to collect your order within 2 business hours. We can accommodate collections Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 4:30pm, excluding UK Bank Holidays.

 

CAN WE PAIR DIFFERENT COLLECTIONS AND PRODUCTS TOGETHER? 

All of our products are designed to be paired together, no matter the collection, so you can create a cohesive Pushka Home look in your home that suits your personal style.

 

DO PUSHKA HOME OFFER A GUARANTEE?

All our products come with a 1-year guarantee as standard with a 5-year mechanical guarantee on our brass hardware.

 

PRODUCT ENQUIRIES 

HOW DO I INSTALL PUSHKA HOME HARDWARE?

Although some of our hardware can be fitted by anyone proficient at DIY we recommend that our lever and mortice handles be installed by a qualified builder or joiner.

 

WHAT IS A CENTRE TO CENTRE MEASUREMENT? 

Pull handles are measured between the centre of each fixing point rather than overall length of the handle.  

 

DO PUSHKA DOOR HANDLES COME IN PAIRS?

Yes, all our lever and mortice handles come in pairs

 

DO PUSHKA FURNITURE HANDLES COME IN PAIRS?

No, all our furniture handles are sold individually. 

 

MY DOOR IS THICKER THAN STANDARD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We can provide longer screws for your hardware please go here to purchase additional longer screws.
