Refund policy
We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive from Pushka Home, but we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item.
If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 90 days for a full refund or store credit, excluding original delivery fees.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging with all fixings included.
Items that are returned damaged or without original packaging will not be refunded.
For orders placed directly on www.pushkahome.com, you will be able to generate a return label using our returns portal in the link below:
Please note this service is for UK returns only. £4.00 will be deducted from the refund for the return postage.
If your order is over £400.00 and a UK return, please get in touch with us at contactus@pushkahome.com and we will help you to arrange for the parcel to be returned.
If an item is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer services team before returning by emailing contactus@pushkahome.com
Please note we do not accept returns on made to measure stair rods once they have been cut to size.
