Returns Policy

We want you to be thrilled with every item you receive from Pushka Home, but we understand that there are occasions you may want to return an item.

If you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days for a full refund or within 90 days for store credit, excluding original delivery fees.

Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition and packaging with all fixings included.

Please note this service is for UK returns only and for parcels under 20kg. £4.00 will be deducted from the refund for the return postage.

If your parcel is over 20kg and a UK return, please get in touch with us at contactus@pushkahome.com and we will help you to arrange for the parcel to be returned.
